Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If Redactron is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you get your money back.
How to ask for a refund
- Email support@redactron.app from the email address you used to buy, or include that address in your message.
- Or ask Lemon Squeezy, which processed your payment.
You do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
Lemon Squeezy returns the money to the payment method you used. Your bank decides how long it takes to show on your statement. The purchase appears there under the store name VibeFast.
Once the refund goes through, the license key is disabled. Devices that activated it go back to the free tier the next time they check the license.
